Approach to research and development activities
After the successful implementation of the first research project, the decision was made to create a research and development department and to define the approaches of this department as follows:
1. Use management methods to increase productivity without imposing costs on the group
2. Cooperation with scientific and research centers
3. Collaborate with knowledge-based companies to use new technologies and support these companies
4. Holding training classes for group experts to increase the efficiency and skills of colleagues

Completed Programs
1. Planning the hall and preparing for the implementation of research projects in the units of Nimapar, Sepehr Gharb and Qaleh Protein
2. Implementation of research projects, first in experimental units, re-testing of results in pilot units, and finally generalization to all ownership and partnership units of the group
3. Holding training classes for experts and poultry farmers participating in the group
4. Signing a memorandum of cooperation with the Research and Training Center for Agriculture and Natural Resources of the province
5. Announcing research and training needs to the Agricultural Research and Training Center of the province and natural resources
